Working Together in Long-Term Care
The Working Together project will bring together expert resources to develop and field test professional development resources aimed at helping teams work together to improve long-term care for the elderly.
We will develop and test three learning modules designed to respond to the professional development needs of interdisciplinary teams working with the elderly - including family physicians, pharmacists, nurses and nurse practitioners.
The Working Together Project is managed by the Élisabeth Bruyère Research Institute under the leadership of Dr. Larry W. Chambers.
Working Together Newsletters
The Working Together Newsletter will actively promote knowledge exchange, and report on the progress of the Pharmacists, Nurses and Physicians Working Together in Long-Term Care Project. Our distribution list will build on the extended list generated in the ABC Project of family physicians, nurses and pharmacists working in long-term care in Ontario. If you would like to contribute to this newsletter, or be added to the distribution list, please contact the Élisabeth Bruyère Research Institute at 613-562-6262 (6045). Working Together Newsletters
