Function summary

Reporting to the Manager of Accounts Receivables and Trust, Client Services and Bruyère Helpline, the incumbent is accountable for the replacement of staff within Bruyère Helpline and Accounts Receivables and Trust. This replacement may require to work up to full time hours throughout the summer period.

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma 
  • Experience in accounting 
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to offer professional customer service using a client-centered approach
  • Advanced computer skills

  • Superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills 
  • Ability to work with little supervision 
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
