Function summary

Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the incumbant acts as a resource person and coordinates/assumes responsibility for a variety of administrative functions. Provides assistance and administrative support to several clinical managers and Complex Continuing Care units.

Required qualifications
 
  • Two (2) years community college diploma in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years office work experience in a health care setting
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook),QHR, Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in organizing meetings and taking minutes and translating documents
  • Knowledge of Bruyère Continuing Care programs & services
  • Experience in maintaining electronic and traditional filing systems
  • Bilingual in both languages French and English, spoken and written
