CLRI presents at family council conference

Researchers from the Bruyère Centre for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI) presented at a Champlain Region Family Council Network Conference.

 
More than 40 Family Council members attended sessions on:

 

  • The importance of oral care.
  • What is a nursing care plan and why is it needed?
  • Responsive behaviours: functional, psychosocial, cognitive, and pain-related factors.
  • Using art to enhance quality of life of residents.
  • Stroke Prevention from a representative from the Champlain Regional Stroke Network.
