Reporting to the Manager, Admissions and Telecommunications, the incumbent is accountable for all activities related to telecommunications, reception of residents, staff and the public, reception and triage of mail, as well as other related duties in the Department.

- Secondary school diploma
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Intermediate computer skills
- Previous experience in telephone console monitoring
- Ability to work shift work on an on-call basis day/evening/night
Superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment sometimes characterized by unpredictable or urgent events
- Excellent listening skills coupled with the ability to offer tactful, courteous client-centered service
