Bruyère Health is seeking three engaged individuals to join its Board of Directors.
We are seeking candidates with senior leadership experience and a strong understanding of the health system, governance, or community leadership, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance and Accounting – CPA required; health care and/or not-for-profit experience is an asset
- Health Human Resources – workforce, labour relations, or senior people leadership experience
Candidates should be comfortable operating within established health care governance structures and contributing constructively alongside experienced board and committee leadership.
Board members provide strategic oversight during a pivotal period for Bruyère Health, guiding redevelopment, system transformation, and the continued strengthening of our leadership in aging, rehabilitation, and complex care.
