The Ottawa Health Team named among the first Ontario Health Teams

The Ontario Government announced today that the Ottawa Health Team will be among the first Ontario Health Teams. This team, made up of a diverse group of health care and community providers in the region, will now proceed in planning and development, with the goal of working together to build a more connected system centered around the needs of patients.
As one of the convening partners of the Ottawa Health Team, we are excited to be moving forward and leveraging our collective strengths in support of system change.
