Bruyère plays a critical role in our region’s health care system. We provide a wide range of services in the community within our hospital campuses, in Long-Term Care (LTC), and in supportive and independent living for seniors and vulnerable populations.
Individuals who are referred to Bruyère have suffered a loss of independence and function, usually as a result of a significant medical event or illness. We work to restore as much independence as possible, through rehabilitation and restorative care services. When this is not possible, we work to accommodate the loss of independence through LTC and long-term complex and chronic care.

services, and we offer world-renowned palliative care that supports the dignity and quality of life of our patients who are near the end of their journey.

The pandemic has been a pivotal time for Bruyère. We continue to face challenges as a result of underlying issues in our healthcare system; challenges that have been amplified by the pandemic. But with challenges also come opportunities. Now is the time for us to rise to the occasion and innovate to provide tangible solutions that will transform healthcare in our region.

By supporting Bruyère's Life Changing Breakfast on November 12, you will help raise vital funds for health care research and patient care. You’ll be changing lives.
