Applying for an Exemption

Please refer to the QI vs. Research Checklist to help determine whether or not your project qualifies for exemption. Please note, it is up to the REB to make the final determination on whether or not your project requires ethical review.

For all exemption applications, please submit the following:

• The QI vs. Research Checklist (below)
• A 2 page summary of the project (no more than two pages, please)
