Barbara Kieley

Ms. Kieley joined the Bruyère Board of Directors in June 2013. She is Chair of the Board and served as vice-chair and treasurer in 2016.

Ms. Kieley is a well-respected senior advisor to government, education and healthcare leaders regarding strategic and operational transformation initiatives. She brings considerable experience in business/service transformation, strategic planning and business case development, policy and process reforms, information management and data analytics, workforce renewal and organizational change management, strategic partnerships, and the implementation of enabling technologies.

She presently is the Executive Lead for Canada’s Passport Program Modernization initiative at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. She is a recently retired partner from Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services practice.

Barbara holds Bachelor degrees in Biology and Mathematics/Computer Science from Carleton University and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program.
