Helping people home – How our medically complex and rehabilitation services are putting people on the path to home
- In 2018-19, we were able to help more people home with increases in community discharges for stroke and geriatric rehabilitation patients.
Becoming your home – If we can’t help you home, Bruyère becomes your home.
- Over 500 people call Bruyère home. Our research is exploring the use of technological innovations that will allow people to re-envision their housing options in life's later years.
Keeping people healthy – advancements in programs and technologies that are reducing trips to the doctor’s office
- Innovative programs like our chronic disease self-management program and the seamless integration of virtual care option like eConsult are increasingly impacting more people.
