Update on our COVID-19 response

We are pleased to announce that the COVID-19 outbreak at Saint-Louis Residence long-term care home is now declared over by Ottawa Public Health.
As the province begins the journey to reopening and we see a new normal emerge, the health and safety of our patients, residents and staff remain our top priority. We know we must remain vigilant in adhering to strict infection prevention and control measures to prevent the re-entry of COVID-19 virus into our community.
In the coming days, we are pleased that our residents at Saint-Louis Residence will be able to visit with their loved ones outdoors.
We continue to grieve the residents who passed during this outbreak, and will be looking to commemorate these losses through community initiatives in the coming months.
