Function summaryReporting to the Manager of Accounts Receivables and Trust, Client Services and Bruyère Helpline: Be accountable for the replacement of staff within Bruyère Helpline and Accounts Receivables and Trust. This replacement may require to work up to full time hours at various time period. Commit to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère Continuing Care. Commit to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement. Required Qualifications - Secondary school diploma
- Experience in accounting
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement.)
- Demonstrated ability to offer professional customer service using a client-centered approach
- Advanced computer skills
