$34.014 to $47.164 /hr, plus a percentage in lieu of benefits

Function Summary

Under the responsibility of the Clinical Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all aspects of nutritional care to patients.

Is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Science, specialty in Dietetics from a recognized university, internship completed
  • Member, College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Eligible for membership in Dietitians of Canada
  • Knowledge of FIM (Functional Independence Measure) 
  • Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement)

Key Competencies

  • Experience in Complex Continuing Care and Rehabilitation
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and teaching setting
  • Knowledge of Computrition
  • Experience with enteral feedings
