Function SummaryReporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is responsible for operating, checking and performing regular maintenance on heating systems consisting of boilers and motors, air conditioning, compressors, pumps and any other related equipment. The position will be on call for emergency calls on a rotating basis.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma.
- Two (2) years recent experience in a comparable job or equivalent.
- Knowledge of techniques related to building and property maintenance.
- Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is an asset.
- Certificate in building maintenance preferred or certificate in building related technical field.
