here to access link Dietitian The Dietitian is responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy treatment and care of patients. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science, degree with major in food and nutrition from a recognized university, internship completed in Dietetic (either integrated or as a separate year after university graduation)
- Member, College of Dietitians of Ontario
- Member, Dietitians of Canada
- Working experience in clinical nutrition with all age groups and with chronic diseases is an asset
- Personal Liability Insurance Coverage (as set out by College of Dietitians of Ontario)
- Advanced medical terminology
- Intermediate computer skills
- Fluent in French and English is required for some positions
Preferred Qualifications: - Flexibility, adaptability and innovation in practice in a continuously changing environment.
- Knowledgeable and competent in addressing the continuous quality improvement process.
- Current clinical knowledge applicable to practice setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and able to actively and effectively collaborate as a member of the interprofessional team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor students
- Fluent in French and English is preferred for some positions
