Clerk, Procurement - Summer Student

Salary Scale:

$18.44 /hour, plus a percentage in lieu of benefits

Function Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Procurement, this role is responsible for providing support with general procurement tasks including data analysis, price discrepancy review and inventory management of medical supplies.

Is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement.


Required Qualifications

  • Completion of high school diploma and on-going post-secondary education in a relevant field such as supply chain management
  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement)

  • Experience in warehouse management, inventory management, retail or stores

Conditions of Employment

  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 30 (inclusive)
