Function SummaryReporting to the Manager, Pharmacy this role provides safe, accurate and consistent delivery of medications from the Pharmacy Department to patient care areas in a timely and courteous manner. This role will also perform additional duties to provide support the Pharmacy Department. This role will function according to the policies, procedures and standards of Bruyère. Is committed to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère.

Required Qualifications- Secondary school diploma
- College diploma in a Pharmacy Assistant program or equivalent
- Basic medical terminology
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications - Fluent in French and English
- Minimum of 6 months relevant experience in a hospital setting or in a similar environment
Key Competencies
- Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate with the members of the Pharmacy and Nursing teams
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
