About:

Ashleigh Kennedy, PhD, is a health technology executive with a special interest in the development and implementation of neuro rehabilitation technology. She received the Ottawa Board of Trade "Forty under 40" award for her work with brain health innovation at Neurovine and is a TEDx Speaker on the Ethics of AI in Healthcare. Kennedy has experience raising capital for early-stage companies, building and manufacturing hardware in Canada and navigating the regulatory process across North America. Her overall research interest is to investigate brain health and rehabilitation after injury or illness. She is very interested in translating data from the lab into real life interventions that have a direct impact on quality of care for patients.
