Jason Nickerson, PhD is a respiratory therapist, an Investigator at Bruyère Research Institute, an Adjunct Professor in Common Law at the University of Ottawa's Centre for Health Law, Policy and Ethics, and works as the Humanitarian Representative to Canada for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). His research interests are at the intersection of health systems, health policy, and health strategy related to humanitarian emergencies, public health crises, and the care of older adults and residents in long-term care.
