Cycling Without Age Ottawa received the Celebrating the Human Spirit Award

On June 11, Bruyère Continuing Care and Cycling Without Age Ottawa received the Celebrating the Human Spirit Award for its Cycling Without Age program. There was great interest from leaders coast to coast (both in British Columbia and in Nova Scotia) to look at implementing the Cycling Without Age program in their areas. It was a great avenue to expose different leaders in the health system to a low cost and scalable model for seniors to promote health and wellness.
