On February 12, the second edition of Frontlines and Founders brought Bruyère Health together with partners at Institut du Savoir Montfort, CHEO, and Providence Care to explore new ways to strengthen the services we provide every day.

Hosted by Institut du Savoir Montfort at Collège La Cité, the event featured rapid-fire pitches focused on real frontline challenges, including high volumes of admissions to triage and the need to better distribute beds. These discussions connected care teams with entrepreneurs ready to develop practical, innovative solutions.

This second edition built on the success of the inaugural event, hosted by Bruyère Health in June 2025, which resulted in 27 new connections between Eastern Ontario innovators and health care teams.
