Biographie

Martin Bilodeau a obtenu un baccalauréat en physiothérapie en 1988, puis un doctorat en sciences de la réadaptation en 1993 à l’Université de Montréal. Il a été stagiaire postdoctoral à la Cleveland Clinic Foundation de 1993 à 1995, avant de commencer sa carrière universitaire à l’Université de l’Iowa (1996-2004), puis de franchir les portes de l’Université d’Ottawa en 2004.

Le Professeur Bilodeau enseigne dans le programme de physiothérapie et a un laboratoire de recherche à l’Hôpital Élisabeth-Bruyère, où il étudie principalement le vieillissement normal et pathologique, la fatigue musculaire et la maîtrise des mouvements.
