For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018, Bruyère generated a surplus of $5.3M (before capital and interest on long-term debt), compared to $3.9M in 2016-17.

The Bruyère Village is the main contributor toward these improved results by generating $1.3M of additional revenues since reaching optimal occupancy.
