Youth Program Volunteer Opportunities

• Unit Volunteer 
• Friendly visits
• Accompany residents on walks off the unit
• Teach residents to use electronic devices including iPad, iPod and computer
• Manicure on wheels
• Facilitate resident participation in activities i.e. Mass (Sunday’s only)
• Mealtime Assistance
• Assist with recreational activities including:
• Bingo
• Art and crafts
• Physical games (bocci, curling, Wii)
• Mental Games (scrabble, cards, chess)

Bruyère Continuing Care has created leadership opportunities designed to enhance your skill set. Students who demonstrate a commitment to the organization and excel in their volunteering will have an opportunity to win a scholarship.
