Independent and assisted living apartments

Our apartments have been designed for seniors who are able to perform their daily living activities with or without assistance while enjoying full access to the Bruyère Village grounds and amenities. Services included in the rent include weekly housekeeping and a 24-hour emergency response system.

Our spacious apartments are available as one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den. Each apartment features a private bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, in addition to individual controls for heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Rental rates start from $2900 per month, please call 613-683-2508 for more information.

Assisted Living Services for High Risk Seniors Program

Our Assisted Living Services team is on site to help seniors who require some support with their daily living activities. Our dedicated care team will work in collaboration with you and your family to determine your individual needs.

We have 70 spaces available within Besserer Place and access is based on eligibility. These services are funded via the Champlain Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and are covered by your Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).

Cluster apartments

Our cluster apartments are designed for seniors who require additional support and supervised services. Each beautifully designed apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a small kitchenette with a microwave oven and bar fridge. In addition, our chef prepares three meals and we provide daily snacks.

Besserer Place is a four-storey apartment building located near the Ottawa River. It is connected to Saint-Louis Residence, one of Bruyère’s two long-term care homes.
