Function Summary

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the incumbent is responsible for operating, verifying and performing regular maintenance on heating installations consisting of boilers and motors, air conditioning, compressors, pumps and all other auxiliary equipment. which is attached to it.

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma
  • Two years of recent experience in similar position or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and French (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate in mechanical maintenance of the building (preferred) or certificate in the technical field related to buildings
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
