Function Summary


Reporting to the Manager, Nutrition and Food services, this role is responsible for accomplish the general tasks of the department, more specifically those tasks associated with the overall day-to-day functioning of the Boutique.
This role is also responsible for providing highest level of prompt and friendly service to patient, resident, family, and staff by taking payments from customers in exchange of goods or service.

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma.
  • Food handler's certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement.)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a respectful, patient and compassionate behavior towards patients/residents.
  • Capacity to provide quality client-centered service.
