Function summary

Reporting to the President, Bruyère Foundation, the Administrative Assistant will provide full secretarial and administrative services to the President, the Foundation Team and the Foundation Board of Directors. To perform these duties the incumbent needs special skills, knowledge and initiative in order the tasks are performed in an efficient, accurate, professional manner and deadlines are met.

He/she is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement.

 
Required qualifications
 
  • Two (2) years Community College Diploma in a relevant field
  • A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience 
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite software 
  • Advanced level of fluency in both French and English (spoken)
