Function Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services - Clients, the incumbent is accountable for meeting new patient admissions, coordinating services required by patients and clients. He/she is also responsible for daily financial transactions as well as administrative duties supporting the operations of the office.

He/She is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement.


Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma
  • Experience in accounting
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to offer professional customer service using a client-centered approach
