Function SummaryReporting to the Manager, Financial Services - Clients, the incumbent is accountable for meeting new patient admissions, coordinating services required by patients and clients. He/she is also responsible for daily financial transactions as well as administrative duties supporting the operations of the office.
He/She is commited to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère Continuing Care. He/She is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement. Required Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma
- Experience in accounting
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to offer professional customer service using a client-centered approach
