Chronic Disease Management

Two nurses work with patients to increase understanding of the management of chronic disease such as hypertension, chronic pain, diabetes, obstructive airways disease. Your health care provider can refer you to this clinic, or you can contact the chronic disease management nurse at 613-241-3344.

Diabetes Management

A registered dietitian and a registered nurse, who are both experts in diabetes care, help people living with pre-diabetes and diabetes to make choices to control blood sugar levels and prevent complications.

They will help you with food choices, testing blood sugar, foot care, stress management and more. You can refer yourself to this clinic or discuss it with your healthcare provider.

Healthy aging

Your health care provider can refer you to our specially trained physician for consultation about health as you age.

Musculoskeletal Clinic

Your healthcare provider can refer you to this clinic for diagnosis and treatment of joint and soft tissue complaints. Procedures performed include joint, bursa and soft tissue injections

Mental Health Team

Your healthcare provider will refer you to this inter-professional team for assistance with health promotion, early detection, treatment and prevention of mental health problems.

Procedures Clinic

Many minor surgical procedures are carried out by our providers. However, on occasions your healthcare provider will refer you to this clinic for minor surgical procedures in the office setting. Procedures, medically indicated (OHIP covered) or cosmetic (competitive rates), include skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and ingrown toenail surgery.

Women and Non-Binary`s Health

Your healthcare provider can refer you to this clinic for specialized care for women - teens to elders - including menopause consultation, and preventative health screening and general gynecology. We encourage women to learn all they can about what contributes to their health and well-being so they can make informed choices. 

Diagnostic Imaging (X-Ray and Ultrasound)

Diagnostic Imaging and Ultrasound Services provide a range of radiology tests, as well as ultrasounds. X-ray services are offered at Élisabeth Bruyère Hospital and Saint-Vincent Hospital and Ultrasound is offered at the Bruyère site. For more information, please call 613-562-6262, ext. 6316.

Pharmacy

The Bruyère outpatient pharmacy is no longer in operation.  The closest pharmacy to the clinic would be the Brisson Pharmacy.
