Telephone Calls 

Telephone calls are handled by our office staff. If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner, it is usually preferable to make an appointment so that the problem can be properly assessed and addressed.

If you feel that there is an urgent medical issue that needs to be discussed, please ask to speak to a nurse who can assist you. Please do not ask for a diagnosis or prescription by phone.

After Hours 

Available Hours: Urgent care after-hours on call physician is available Monday to Friday between 5 pm and 830 am, and on weekends. 

We will begin using an after hours call service available through the Province of Ontario. Through this service, Ontario patients will be able to connect with a nurse who will be able to contact our on call provider if needed.

If you require urgent care outside regular business hours after 5 pm or on weekends, please call 1-866-553-7205

Quebec patients can call INFO-Sante at 8-1-1 that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for any questions regarding health.

Please use the telephone call service after hours, rather than going to a walk-in clinic, which will not send us a report about the details of your visit.
