About Bruyère

Rob Jones

Rob Jones is vice-president of Human Resources and Organizational Development and has been with Bruyère since 2004. Prior to joining Bruyère, he was a senior labour relations consultant at The Ottawa Hospital for five years, following 13 years with the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services of Ontario.


Rob also serves as an employer representative and nominee on various rights and interest arbitration boards for a number of private and public sector employers. He has participated as a member of the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) provincial bargaining team in negotiations for the provincial/central collective agreement between the OHA and the Ontario Nurses Association.


Rob is a graduate of Algonquin College and a graduate of the Executive Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He has also completed additional course work in employment law at Carleton University as well as the Ottawa Academic Health Sciences Leadership Program with the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Medicine.


Rob is currently a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and has obtained the professional designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
