End-of-Life Care
This module addresses end-of-life care. By the end of this module, learners will be able to:
- Describe the features of an imminently dying patient.
- List key care plan, social, and logistical considerations for dying patients.
- Outline a method for how to address goals of care.
- Perform a medication review in the context of an imminently dying patient and prescribe standard end-of-life PRN medications.
